Has the company installed controls on your style of equipment before?

Does the company have extensive MACHINE TOOL EXPERIENCE?

Are they asking YOU questions about how YOU use the machine?

Does the company have separate installers and support people? If not, you will get after-sale attention during the time you need it most?

Are there engineers on staff?

Can the company do mechanical repairs not associated with the retrofit?

Does the company have the tools and facility to do a proper job?

Check references. Ask other customers . . .

	Did the work meet expectations?
	Is the machine working well now?
	Were any problems encountered during the installation? Did the installers take care of it?
	How long did the retrofit take?
	Does the job look professional?
	Do you receive a manual explaining the programming, and operating features of the retrofit?
